Your job is to help create a high performing, motivated and engaged team through leading, coaching, and inspiring.
You will encourage team members to love the job they do and make sure they are having great conversations with our customers to understanding their needs using LEAP, so they sell the right product and service to them. You will also manage individual’s performance and develop the team to achieve and improve on business targets, store standards and compliance.
You will look for ways to make sales soar, drive efficiencies and be an inspirational leader and role model to the team.
Head office support include the following departments;
Marketing, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Finance, IT & Data, Call Centre, Maintenance, Risk & Operations, Sales.

I have worked here at the Head Office in the Call Centre for a number of years, I have worked with a number of people from within the business and can honestly say I love working here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, so help is never hard to find. I am passionate about the products we sell and have had plenty of support throughout my journey both within the job role and personally. The targets are reasonable, and the bonus structure is clear. There are progression opportunities within the business with regular emails with the internal vacancies across the whole business.
I recently joined the sales team in the head office, and in the two months I've worked here I have learned a lot about sales. The support in my training from the team and the manager has been fantastic and thorough, with the whole team all making sure I was all ready to sell within my training period. The whole team is very friendly, from my first day I have been welcomed to the company with open arms and made to feel as part of the team. The pay for the job is very fair, and the bonus scheme for the sales team is clearly laid out and fair also.
Throughout my time at Talk 2 I have always loved the people who I’ve worked with and the development that I’ve received from the company. Going from Sales Advisor to Sales Floor Manager helped me progress my career and further develop my skills as a salesperson. Hello! My name is Josh, and I am the Sales Floor Manager for the O2 store in Cirencester. I have been with the business for 5 years now and I can honestly say each day has been different. From different challenges to meeting different people, every day is unique. In addition to my sales floor support, I enjoy the learning and development side of the role. My line manager gives me the freedom to run various training session in a way that I feel suits the team. It is exciting for me to see team member’s flourish. The culture in the store is always professional but fun! A typical day has its challenges but is very rewarding.
